He is dressed in black pants & coat, top hat, paprika color scarf holding a ladder, rope, and bristle broom style brush. Caroler as well as accessories may have some normal wear, tear, facial paint loss, and marks due to use, age and storage. Base may have slight shelf wear around the edging and possible touch ups.
