CANADA 39d Mint/2NH 6c brown Small Queen RARE BLOCK $4,250 1888 6c "cold" brown Queen Victoria Small Queen, perf 12, Montreal printing, 3-dot state of the plate, block of four (from positions 51-52/61-62) mint with top stamps hinged (h.r.) and bottom stamps NEVER HINGED. Wide wing margin at left. A rare mint block of the 6c value in the distinctive "cold" brown shade. Scott #39d, catalogue value is $4,250.00 in my old 2013 Scott Specialized for 2 hinged single and 2 NH singles.
