Oversize Monarch unaddressed envelope has b&w engraved photo of Gerald Ford, notation of his date and place of birth (July 14, 1913 in Omaha, Nebraska) and one of his famous quotes, "Our Constitution works, our great republic is a government of laws and not of men." The stamps on the envelope honor the Apollo Soyuz space test project between the USA and Russia (Scott 1569-1570) issued a year earlier. CDS cancel from Omaha, NE. An insert card has further information about the commemoration. The cover was apparently produced by one of Fleetwood's many brands.
