*RARE* Pre-canceled 1938 US JQ Adams 6¢ Revalued Overprinted to 5¢ in Black, SC #811 *F* This offer is for a rare, hard to find, 1938 John Quincy Adams 6¢ issue that was precanceled and revalued overprinted in black to 5¢ denomination. The stamp was devalued from it's original 6¢ to 5¢. SC #811. Condition: The stamp is used/precanceled and has never been hinged. An estimated fine grade. Buyer to self grade this stamp.
