This is a Rare, Uncirculated 1875j George Washington 3 cent stamp. How many of these do you out on the market? A re-issue without gum, and made with hard white wove paper, and has a Perf. 12. As the photo suggest, this stamp has a small portion of it, along the lower bottom, right corner, of the stamp. The back has no gum, and indicates that it has been hinged. Uncertified, and ungraded, this stamp came from a family heirloom collection. This would be a great addition to any domestic collection. If interested, please review the photo's.
