Up for sale is this Rare 2010 Williamsburg Byers Choice Betsy Ross Caroler Figure. She stands 13” tall. Under her dress you will see she has wire legs that the previous owner has wrapped with tissue to make her skirt appear a little fuller which I think looks good so I left it there. She is very hard to find. She is pre-owned but condition as you can see from the photos is amazing. Shipping on this item is $9.95 USPS Ground.
