This is a very rare Harding Scott 613 postage stamp from the United States. The stamp features the portrait of President Warren G. Harding, a notable politician of his time. It has a denomination of 2 cents and was issued between 1921-1930. The stamp is used and is ungraded. It was manufactured in 1923 and has a black color. Please note that this stamp is ungraded and not certified.
