Description

This is a 1917-19 circulated, off-centered George Washington 3 cent stamp. Scott # 501, perf: 11X11. Violet in color, with a degree of fading. The back has the original gum, showing no sign's of previous hinging. The fading takes away some of the value, however, it is an off-centered stamp, and could be one that your collection is missing.
