Rare Uncirculated Washington 1 Cent Stamp. Great Condition. Great Story. I bought this item at an estate auction, my focus was on the aspirin tin. When I checked inside there was a couple aspirin and this rare stamp. I believe the aspirin have helped in the preserving of the stamp by absorbing the moisture over the years. I don't want to disturb the stamp by removing it from the aspirin tin. That's why this is a package deal, you get the stamp plus the tin.
